An executive with over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategy across the industrial, energy, and BioSolutions sectors.
Throughout her career, she has worked directly with boards and senior leadership on corporate governance, risk management, and strategic planning, supporting critical decisions and sustainable growth initiatives.
Her experience includes P&L management, M&A integrations, and organizational transformation, as well as international experience across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
She currently serves on advisory boards and strategic committees, including Estel, BREE, and NT Fast Tracking, and is a member of IBGC, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.

Dr. Marco Antônio Elias is a physician with more than 40 years of experience. He graduated from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNI-RIO) and has worked across clinical medicine, emergency medicine, hospital management, and Integrative Medicine.
Throughout his career, he has developed a broad perspective on the relationship between health, human behavior, and professional performance.
He spent eight years living in Thailand, where he expanded his knowledge of integrative practices, mind-body balance, and quality of life.
